We love the changing of the leaves down the Natchez Trace and with it brings French Camp Festivals and our friends from Kosciusko making Brunswick Stew! They have plans to make me an honorary stew maker!
During the winter months we love making homemade soups and chilis. Or Chicken and Dumplins made from hand rolled biscuit dough.
We love when spring comes and Jeff and I head to Amish Country to take a rest. When we return, we bring back treasures like fresh churned butter and strawberries strait from the garden. There are also jellies of all types, even dandelion.
Summer brings all kinds of strawberry or banana puddings. Cold deserts, Fried Bologna sandwich with melted hoop cheese, also salads with fresh produce.
